A Little Change and Some Thanksgiving News.

Remember when I told you about my classes about, oh, 7 posts ago, I believe? Well, I would like to make some changes to this:

1.) The sophmores in my english class are great but Ms. Schoenholz is HORRIBLE. She may just be THE worst teacher at West High School. Or in Madison, for that matter. She doesn't understand high schoolers, which is not very good seeing as her job is to teach them. She takes everything we say seriously, even if it's a dumb joke, and then elaborates on it. For 10 minutes. She loves the sound of her own voices and repeats things about 8 times per class period. GAH.

2.) I hate Mr. Boyland. You know how I said he explains everything really well and he's a really good teacher? False. He doesn't explain anything to us and assumes that we know how to do things that we never actually learned. Well. I guess I have another year of having the text book as my teacher. Plus he looks like a pedophile and smells like old man gym socks.

Thanksgiving is tomorrow and I'm pretty darn excited. I haven't seen my cousins [They're faternal twins. Fun, I know], since I got my hair cut and I miss them! Also, I get to see my grandmother who can't hear anything and is just crazy. I love her to no end. One time, my aunt said she was going to get my four-year-old cousin Lia [I hate her with a burning passion], some crackers. Grandmother responds to this by saying: "A basket?!?"
"No, mom, some crackers."
"You wanna get her a basket?!?"
"No, mom, some CRACK-ERS."
"A CASKET?!?!"
HAHAHHAHA! Oh goodness. My family is a riot.

I feel bad for my poor father, though, because he hates to spend time with them. He hates loud. My family=the definition of loud. And he's forever annoyed with all of my cousins. He thinks their family is completely messed up. Which is more or less true. But oh well.

OH! And my grandfather? He's the nicest man alive. He sings opera in the basement everynight, plays piano everyday, and makes me punch his rock-hard stomach every time I go to Milwaukee. Which is where my family lives. Did I say that before? Guess not.

The one thing I hate about Thanksgiving in Milwaukee is that the turkey is never cooked correctly. It's always dry. Every single year. I hate gravy, so I have to deal with the horrible sawdust turkey. Next year, I have permission from my mother, grandmother, and aunt to make the turkey. SCORE!

Also, I'm really jealous of Thalia's Thanksgiving. Just ask her why.

So. I hope you all have a fantastic Thanksgiving and I hope I get out of Milwaukee without my father killing one of my relatives. :]
